Instructions:
Create an account with Scrapbuggy. Once you have created your account, please e-mail me at gia@scrapbuggy.com with the items you would like to place on layaway and I will get the process started. Please include the item numbers, your billing and shipping address, phone number and e-mail account to send your PayPal bills to.
Layaway terms:
No price adjustments will be made once the layaway order is placed.
If you decide to cancel your layaway, any payments made will be forfeited.
Gift Certificates cannot be applied to layaways.
Payments must be made within 2 days of bill receipt.
Layaway orders will be shipped upon receipt of third and final payment.
